Well, in a short answer, he doesn't suck, he is an average goaltender. I have to live around sabres fans and they think he is god in WNY. Let me throw some numbers at you, 890 save pct, 3.6 Goals against average in march. March was when he needed to pick up his game for his team to possibly make a playoff push, he didn't. In fact, he dropped his game tremendously. He isn't the only reason that the Sabres will not make the playoffs this year, but he is a reason nonetheless.
